JMV Landscaping & Outdoors provides lawn care, landscaping, yard cleanup, irrigation work, and related outdoor services as requested by the client. The exact scope of work is discussed and agreed upon before we begin.
Rates are shared in advance and may vary based on property size, access, and type of work. Larger projects may require a deposit. Payment is generally due when the job is completed, unless another arrangement is made.
We schedule work based on availability and weather. If you need to change or cancel a visit, please let us know as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee, depending on the situation.
The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. Gates, pets, and other access details should be handled in advance so our team can work safely and efficiently.
We work carefully, but outdoor work carries some risk. We are not responsible for damage related to unmarked underground lines, hidden obstacles, or pre-existing conditions on the property. If you are aware of specific risks, please let us know before work begins.
Any plants or materials we provide are in good condition at the time of installation. Ongoing plant health depends on watering, weather, soil, and other factors. For that reason, we cannot guarantee long-term results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
